ESTIMATED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Our handling times vary by product.  Each item is carefully packed and crated on freight items.  Our handling times vary between 1 to 2 weeks.  

The shipping time it takes to arrive to your home after item leaves our warehouse is an additional 2-3 weeks depending on your location. A tracking ID will be emailed to you on the day your order leaves our warehouse so that you may track the package yourself.  

It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer's availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is or cancel the item. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. TYPES OF DELIVERY

Standard Shipping: All items that are in stock ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive in approximately 3-5 business days from the ship date.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available on select items.  Please contact our customer service team to inquire about expediting a specific order.  

On certain occasions, we can expedite within 2-3 business days for an up-charge on large freighted items.  Please contact us for more details. 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

It is our goal to offer the finest products and service in the world right here on our e-boutique.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 72 hours of receiving your item and we'll make every effort to make things right.  All claims filed after 72 hours will not be approved. 

If you would like to exchange or return an item, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number via email (Please note that Custom Orders and certain manufacturers are not eligible for return or exchange - see below for more information).  You can either send your email to cs@madisonwren.com or reply to your order confirmation.  Please include the reason for the return and also the original order number in your email. After submitting your return request via email, we will review the information and forward via email an RA number and instructions for returning the item. This Return Authorization number is valid for 10 days. Please do not return items without prior authorization as some returns may have to be shipped back directly to our suppliers. For returns on all lighting, accessories, furniture, and mirrors that are not defective, we are required to charge a 15 -20% restocking fee. All custom items and certain manufacturers are final sale.  Select furniture, rugs and lighting are non-returnable. Please contact us with any questions on whether or not the item you are interested in is a returnable item.

Please note that items shipped back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging within a 30 day time frame for a refund or exchange. In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold, you will be asked to have the product picked up at your expense. not Shipping fees are non-refundable. We offer free shipping on many of our items. If for any reason you need to return an item with free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the our shipping cost, in addition to the 15 - 20% restock fee. Shipping costs are based on item prices as outlined within our shipping information. If you opt to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also had free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to cover those costs.

Please note that all final sales are non returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

Damaged Items

We offer a money back or discount guarantee on all merchandise that is damaged in transit, however damage claims must be received within 72 hours of item arriving.  Please inspect your merchandise carefully and refuse the shipment if your item is damaged beyond repair.  Please let us know immediately by phone or email and share with us the following information:

1.  Digital snapshots of the damaged product and and also the packaging/ boxes so that we can understand how the damage happened and prevent future items from incurring similar damages.  All images are mandatory for processing a damage claim.  Damage claims without documented images unfortunately will not be reviewed.  We recommend you to upload the photos to your account.  

2.  Share with us the reason for return as it relates to shipping damages or manufacturing defect.  Any additional details that may help us understand the problem are also helpful and welcomed.

After submitting your request, we will review the information and forward on via email an RA number and instructions for returning the item. If you were not logged into your account when the order was placed, you will need to contact us by email at cs@madisonwren.com or by phone.
